4 Eagle Ranch
We believe that every visitor should experience Colorado the way it was
meant to be: pristine mountain views, valleys free of development and traffic,
the sweet scent of sage-covered high-country, and plenty of fresh mountain
air.
Just west of Vail and Beaver Creek, in
a private valley far removed from the fast pace of today’s world,
lies a piece of “Genuine Colorado”...
About 4 Eagle Ranch
The 4 Eagle Ranch is only 24 miles from Vail Village and
15 miles from Beaver Creek. Our easily accessible location, combined
with excellent facilities, great food and service have given countless
groups and individuals an unforgettable experience rich in history
and tradition.
Transformed
in 1991 as an entertainment venue for private group functions, the 4 Eagle
specializes in Corporate parties, Weddings, Receptions
and Rehearsal Dinners, Family Reunions and
other Gatherings. Customized around the original Carriage House,
the 1890’s
Nelson Cabin, the Campsite at 4 Eagle and our Wedding Pavilion, the 4 Eagle
Ranch creates professional events to celebrate any occasion. With ‘real
food, real good’ prepared by our onsite Chef, details organized through
our Event Coordinator and delivered by our experienced staff, the
4 Eagle has become one of the most popular and utilized venues
in the Vail/Beaver Creek area.
Part
of the charm of the Ranch is it’s authentic nature ... Homesteader
cabins that date back to the 1880’s, wide ranging views uncluttered
with development and hay fields dotted with cattle and horses.
Yet within this setting is offered a variety of entertainment options. From
horseback riding throughout the year, to Summer and Winter activities, the
4 Eagle has entertained guests to the Vail Valley for over 18 years with
excellent food, service and hospitality. Always casual, always friendly
and always fun!
Surrounded by open pastures with grazing
livestock, hillsides of sage and wildflowers, aspens and spruce, and framed
by majestic views of the Sawatch Range.
4 Eagle Ranch Outdoor Events & Activities
With winter snows come our “Open
to the Public” Sleigh Ride Dinner Evenings at the Ranch. Offered as
a 2 1/2 hour evening, guests are transported to and from their
homes and lodges in the Vail/Beaver Creek area to the Ranch by
comfortable, reliable transportation. Huge Belgian Draft
Horses pull working ranch sleighs across open fields throughout the
evening, offering rides both before and after dinner. Centered
around the Historic Nelson Cabin with it’s open-hearth fireplace,
the evening features our ‘award
winning’ Steak
Chili as an appetizer, followed by a bountiful Ranch Buffet of
Ribeye and Sirloin Steak, Babyback BBQ Ribs, and Grilled Chicken
Breast. Hot Fruit Cobbler and yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies are
offered for dessert, as well as Marshmallows roasted over an open
fire off the porch of the Cabin. Live musical entertainment is provided
throughout the night by a singer/guitarist, featuring a mix of songs, styles
and sing-alongs.
Summertime “Open
to the Public” offerings include daily Horseback Riding, Cattle Round-ups,
Zip Adventures, and Lunch off the 4 Eagle Grill.
Not to be missed is our Western Family Night offered
on most Wednesdays throughout July and August. Strolling guitarists,
a dance band, wagon rides, horseback and pony rides, another ‘great’ buffet
and other forms of entertainment take place throughout the evening.
Excellent for families, kids and groups of friends, Western Family
Night has become a ‘tradition’ in
the Vail Valley.
